ABOUT ACCESSORY SLOTS
|
Blank Yarnies are Yarnies that have gone through the process of being crafted, but have not been to the Dye Station to be colored. Because of this, they have not been officialized by a Mod and cannot be used like the ordinary Yarnie yet. Blank Yarnies are treated as items, and can be traded or sold. The best part about Blank Yarnies is that you can take them to the Deconstruction Table at any time to remove Body Design Elements, then go back to the Crafting Table to replace it with a different (better) part! Think of them as a semi-MYO slot.
REALISM IS KEY
The Yarnie world is strikingly similar to our world today, the only difference is humans can craft feline companions that are powered by love and affection. Love being a source of power is the only thing whimsical or magical about the Yarnie world. This means anything else that is based around magic or fantasy is strictly ruled out. No levitation, no super powers, nothing like that.
FELINE SPECIES LIMITATIONS
The most common build of Yarnies are any domestic cat breed. This is so humans can easily adapt and bond to them. Though it is rare (and very possible), some people have dedicated hours into creating other feline species, such as Lions, Servals, or Leopards. The act of creating wild animals like this is often frowned upon due to Yarnies having a connection to their 'Feral Spirit'. They all act as their real-life counterparts would. You wouldn't keep a Lion in your house, right?

Your Yarnies will have a limited amount of Accessory Slots that vary per age group (see Age + Visible Wear). This is known as their Inventory, which will be found in their official reference description when submitted to the group (find Elara’s reference in the group for example). Here you can store accessory items (Trinkets, Beads, Patchwork Fabric) that you can use to update your Yarnie’s look at any time. To add or remove items, you’ll have to visit the Supply Chest.
In your Yarnie's reference description, you'll have to add whether an item is Active or Inactive after its name. This means whether or not an item is on your Yarnie in the reference above. ABOUT BOUND ITEMS
You have the option to bind accessories to your Yarnies inventory when you visit the Supply Chest. An item that is bound means that the item stays in the Yarnie’s inventory forever and cannot be removed. At some special events, you may have the chance to earn a prize that is automatically bound to the Yarnie who participated. These are mostly one-of-a-kind accessories displayed as a symbol of proof and courage. Putting a [B] symbol in front of the accessory name in their inventory means the item is bound to them.
